Comic Books Conversations These are conversation practice worksheets designed for all levels of EFL/ESL learner. The worksheets use a comic book style presentation to help students think about dialogue interactions and patterns.

Generally I would have two students or a group of four create the conversation based on the story the pictures are telling. Once finished students create questions about their conversations.

Before students write answers, I have students exchange conversations with other groups. New groups take turns role playing, then write and answer the student provided questions.

The exchange continues until all groups have performed and answered all the questions. When the comic presentation returns to the base group, I ask the base group to write answers. Students then share answers with the class, allowing the group to check answers.

This is a fun four skills activity that can be easily adapted to different levels of language ability.
